Megan Leary
Megan grew up in the scenic surrounds of Coeur d' Alene, Idaho but also has some years spent in the vibrant atmosphere of Southern California. A licensed Realtor since 2013, Megan combines deep regional expertise with over a decade of experience in real estate. She is proud to have served a wide array of clients in her career thus far. First time Buyers, 1031 exchanges, second home investors, VA purchasers, relocating clientele, new construction builds...Megan has closed a variety of real estate transactions and loves to work with both Buyers and Sellers. Her most recent experience comes from her personal endeavor with commercial real estate investing and small business consulting.
Married to a local Post Falls man, together they have over 55 years of connections and knowledge she brings to her work. Service clubs, area history, business owners, schools, recreation - the Leary family is heavily involved within the community. With two children at home, they enjoy the North Idaho lifestyle and live/work/play throughout the four seasons.
